It is our policy
that any and all Samples/Products/Bikes and parts shipped into the offices
of H3 Publications
will be returned within 1 year via request with a call tag or messenger at the
sending company’s expense.
There after one year the samples/products/bikes and parts will be considered
abandoned and can be disposed/sold
as property of H3 publications.

ROAD Magazine will accept RAW, PSD, TIF and high quality JPG files.
Files should be 300 dpi and Adobe 1998 RGB or CMYK colorspace.
Include contact/thumbnail sheet with all submitted CD’s/DVD’s.
Do not submit more than 25 images. Slides will not be accepted
(ROAD will not be responsible for lost/misplaced slides). CDS/DVD’s
and contact sheets will not be returned to sender.

Writing must be saved in an RTF (Rich Text Format) file and submitted
on CD/DVD with two printed copies included. CD’s/DVD’s and printed
writing will not be returned.
payment
ROAD Magazine’s compensation rates for photography and writing are
competitive with the current market. Rates will be disclosed to the
contributor prior to use in ROAD Magazine. Do not send email inquiries
about pay rates.
